In a modern age where we spend billions on wars and weapons, Children International believes in helping children receive the right to life, that every human deserves. As a nonprofit humanitarian organization, it strives to help children around the world overcome the burdens of poverty to become healthy, educated, self-sustaining and contributing members of society. It does this through sponsorship. In sponsoring a child, a person can search for a child in any of the countries that Children International works in and sponsor them. It gives the person sponsoring a child the chance to see exactly where their money is going.
